I have normal to narrow feet and the only problem was my heel slipped out of the shoe when I walked. I don't normally have this problem with heels, but the height and fabric probably contributed to it. Heel pads more or less solved it. The shoes themselves are gorgeous and my legs looked great in them. They make you feel sexy, yet the shoes are not over the top.
